Refund

I have recently purchased the Unit PG/SD96/822 in DAMAC Hills- Picadilly Green. However, prior to this, I have given a deposit of GBP 4,333 (AED 20,701.80) for another property booking with DAMAC which apparently DAMAC decided not to sell later on and therefore was processed for refund.

Regretfully, I have been following up for many weeks and been promised that the funds will be returned by the end of last week. Till date, this has not happened. I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer care support from DAMAC team which deemed to be given to a customer who just purchased one of your luxury villa.
