It is my right to complain and raise the concern of my wellbeing.

I live in Damac tower 108 and have noticed the maintenance in this building is horrific.

First of all the corridors are not being cleaned properly nor frequently. ( TODAY I COMPLAINED - All of a sudden they sent someone to vaccuum... Shouldn't this be done regularly ? WITHOUT ME HAVING TO COMPLAIN ?

the gym - is being cleaned with a dirty mop and not even water . ( They are just spraying the floor and wiping - This is just spreading the dirt )

Today I was training in the gym and I got hit with a very bad smell - Not knowing what was happening I kept on training.

I could not handle it after a while and started to feel sick to my tummy and had to leave the gym.

As I left the gym it came to my attention that a toilet pipe had burst and floored the room next to the kids room and the gym.
Staff were trying to clean it with a vacuum ...
Now !!!! Why did they not inform me in the gym ? Why did they not close the area off ??? Why was i not asked me to leave ?

THIS IS A HEALTHY AND SAFETY VIOLATION!

I look forward to hearing from higher management.

I will be raising this further to Health and safety UAE Government.
