Asphalt driveway

I had my driveway done 3 years ago. After 1 year I noticed several cracks. I called Rob and he told me the cracks were normal. After 2 years more cracks. After3 years everytime I look there are more cracks. I am very disappointed in their job and it appears they do not want to correct and make it right. I look at other driveways in my area and they are not cracking at all. They say they use the best products but I believe they do not prepare the base properly. I would hope they would make this right.l
