Terrible experience with Dana Ford. Went there, made a deal on a car. Decided we wanted a fully-loaded car, they didn't have it in stock, nor did they know when they'd have it in stock. We asked for our deposit back (keep in mind this was memorial day weekend) and they said the "systems were down and to come back the next day." We came back and they REFUSED to give us our deposit. BEWARE! They are crooks!!! DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN!!!
We dealt with Michael Price as our salesman, Joe (manager) and Dave (manager) We also spoke with Douglas Hansen, and he was very very rude and unhelpful.

REAL SLIME AT DANA, THEY OUTRIGHT ROBBED ME FOR MY 500 DEPOSIT, THEY SWORE UP AND DOWN IF I DDNT LIKE THE DEAL I WOULD GET IT BACK, I AM MORE MAD AT MYSELF FOR BELIEVING THESE SLIME BAGS. WHEN I TRIED TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK THEY TRIED TOSAY OI ORDERED CUSTOM LEATHER SEATS, FORD WAS NO HELP BY THE WAY . BEWARE WITH THESE GUYS .
