When can I received my parcel???

I have the problems , riders never come to my company and direct change the status to collect parcel from Poslaju.
I even not received any calls from them.
I have some parcel due to no received info on the collection been return to sender after 7days and it cause me to pay extra postage to re-arrange the delivery. WHO GOING to PAY me the LOSS?

my company is OPEN from 8am-6pm, don't informed no body in offce or nobody pick up (i provide HP no as well)

Parcel EN056075177MY was out on 03/07/18 but after 1week no received.
(I need the parcel URGENTLY)

Previously i have same problems, rider never come to my office & direct change status to no Pick up.
I need to call up Pos hotline (waiting for 30mins only got answer) to make complaint or check the status.

Sometimes the parcel return to sender and caused me need to pay extra postage, who going to pay me back the loss?

Please improved the quality and don't spoilt the image of Malaysia biggest postal company.
