Incorrect billing and disconnect
54877954 this is all I am to Dstv , a number, a minority, a little guy, I have been promised assistance and call backs but to no avail. You did not change my package as requested, advised me to pay an amount, which I did . I advised you about my new payment date as I changed jobs, now you disconnected me and advise me that I'm in arrears for 21Days how the hell does that happen. I called in numerous times but no assistance, I will not pay if I was not at fault, Date will read this message and still not call me back hence I said, I'm just a minority, why would they care #very disappointed
