I am so sadden to know that a cat buyer has been waiting for five years for a refund, when they returned the kittens to the breeder. These are living creatures,so are the humans that spent their money to get kittens. Sending a kitten back is not an insult to YOU. In this economy that much money is hard to come by and then to return the living creatures to the people who were to care for them, no matter what. They should have gotten a full refund. Just so sad. I am over come to know that they had to sue for the money and still not gotten the money back. This tells me A- lot. I have seen the breeders answers and why no one would call them. They have said that one person was Bi-Polar, well that wasn't necessary. If you do that then you have to be ready for some one to tell your secrets. I have not seen any posts where any one has said so many ugly things about this breeder, but I have seem where they (breeder) have tried to hurt others and spread gossip. You can not sue if you do worst back to some one. How many others are out there that have been treated this same way. I hate to know, that would just hurt me more. These are hard times. These are living creatures being passed around for money and these days we have the right to be happy with what we buy. No matter if the item is living or not. We consumers should have the last say. We deserve to be happy with a purchase. It is up to the seller to make sure the buyer is happy. If not bite the bullet and give back their money. AT least try to make some one happy.The seller can not love money that much? I am sure they know who they owe and how to pay them. If they went to court, then the breeder has been served notice. They like to brag about serving others with paper work. There is no reason to spread ill will or to hurt others. Doesn't matter about religion either, just human kindness. There is no need to try and sue some one, that is not right either. Try and work things out, walk a mile in their shoes. Once things are faced, this can all be taken care of. Stop the hateful posts, stop stabbing back at those that have been hurt. As a business owner you have to look at your actions and ask did I do some thing to deserve this? I am sure it is hard for the buyers to be out so much money when they sent their purchase back to the breeder. Make things right. Do that,so you can be forgiven. People get upset when they get what they think maybe the run around. I had Manx for years and I had some hard people to satisfy, but at the end of the day I did what was right for them, NOT ME and looked out for the cat. I have never had any one want to sue me, or say I was unfair. Think of the cats that have been born to you, you owe them. You owe it to them to make sure they have good happy homes and not be on a power play. Make things right. You will be happy when they take thier complaints off line.
