lousz service from the management

I m a royal customer since 8 year old now 36...bieng keeeping all mcdonal miniture since that age.today saw 3 management staff joking and dring in front of the counter with no respect for coustomers ..and 1 partimer struggling with one counter open only..i just walk away..with this type of service..johor bahru holiday plaza. At 4 pm tqoday..really lousy service
