Ripped off Just Under $

Every conversation I had with Davidson representatives involved at some point during the conversation was about the mold. I was reassured that the mold would be mine.

I understand that a lot of "legal" issues were solved in the design of Davidson's Deceitful contract.

1. Davidson is only accepting payments through routing numbers of customers checking account or Debit cards.
This deception by design is to insure the customer cannot get their money once they realize they've been deceived by disputing the matter.

2. The fact that I gave a copy of my patent to Davidson, and the product they present to me only signifies an attempt to get around the very patent I presented in good faith. I still get calls and emails from Davidson about patenting the product I already have patented. It's just Davidson looking for more money, Davidson has no intent to produce a product. Just to seek the next thing they can extort money from customers. Deceptive Business Practices.

3.During the process, After Davidson had been paid in full, of course, I repeatedly asked to be copied any information being "pitched" to a potential manufacturer or business. ,Owning the patent, my intellectual property, I am entitled to any information being submitted, I never even got a response. I have no evidence that Davidson ever 'Pitched" my Patented idea. Once Davidson gets your money, the "game" is over.

4.The" release" in the contract , Of which, none of the details are given about the "release" in the contract ,it just says release, until Davidson has your money and you've been "taken". Then and only then will the realization set in that this is nothing more than a "PONZI SCHEEM," then and only then are the details given Releasing Davidson from all responsibility. Deceptive Business Practices. I will never sign that document under the present circumstances.

5. I understand now, that concerning the line of conversation leading up to the customer handing over to Davidson payment in full for an inferior product and service, if they are lucky enough to receive it, Doesn't matter. Because Davidson has covered the premeditated deception clause. "Entire Agreement; Oral Representations Void. I have heard testimonies of former employees of Davidson.

My complaint is to get my refund from an invention service company, i've paid them 695 to secure a licensing deal on my invention idea, I feel there was no service that was usable for me. They also stringed me along for few months by sending me useless information and spreading out phone appointment meetings every 2 or 3 weeks apart keeping me in the dark. I think they spreaded the appointments out over the span of 2 months so my bank couldnt be able to help get my money back because i gave them the money 2 months prior, Only after the 2 months passed then they asked for more money to create a prototype. During our first initial conversation I made it clear to them I couldnt pay alot of money for any other services. Darryl were my contact he assured me that I did'nt have to worry about the cost of any future payments. Being they had other payment plans, contingency for one. I honestly feel they kept me in the dark for over 2 months so they could keep the 695 dollars if I tried asking for a refund wich I did. My bank said it been over 2 months and they couldnt help, So this must of been their intention. My complaint is simple i've paid for something with nothing to show for.
