DCF is a failed system that is abusing it's employees. It doesn't pay overtime, but employees are forced to work overtime processing cases when the entire Florida benefit system can be totally automated. Applicants can do their interviews via automated robot by pressing a series of numbers on the phone key pad or speaking their answers into the phone system. Also, ESSI have to do a lot of extensive checking when system can perform all those duties, but DCF leaders are not thinking forward and alleviating the issues that have practically increasing and employees are suffering psychologically and physically. Employees are always calling out sick, they gaslight people, pressure new employees to be robots. DCF is a mess internally. Society doesn't see what employees see internally. Employees are forces to accept these conditions because they need their jobs, but employees should not have to work on extreme parasitic work conditions created by it's own self (DCF).

I have faith in the tech company that can revolutionize DCF, they will become billionaires, well mini billionaires, because also the State of Florida is cheep.
