Poor Service

I made the mistake of using this company DCS Telecom (http://dcs-eg.com) for support in Africa and the Middle East. I found their technicians to be very incompetent. I suggest staying away from them and not using them at all. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and knowledge from this company.
