URGENT HELP ON ACC 42307418
Mr Phillip cancelled the Pricelock on an Explora Ultra that he never received and was misinformed regarding the functions and costs.Although he called for the last 4 months to resolve and reverse all the service charges for the ultra ,they have not rectified his account. Instead they keep disconnecting his services and expected to pay in money.
He has addressed for the 10th time and Pricelock division hasn’t logged for this, Pricelock department promised to have resolved and no further billing but yet again ,he is disconnected for the Explora Ultra service charges.
He is in fact in a months worth of credit and the disconnection fees must be reversed due to this error.
He does not own an Explora Ultra and he cancelled this around 4 months ago!!!!
Please reconnect his services and remove his account T from the Pricelock charge.
We call and call all at our expense and not one manager calls back with a resolution,is this what we call customer service?
