DeBella made promises that everything would be perfect when they were done, 100% satisfaction. Our experience has been anything but. We hired last summer (2019) to replace our siding and windows in our home. For us this is a major project and expense. They subcontracted both jobs. The siding was great, very professional. The windows were not, it started with initial measurements, they were wrong and everything cascaded from there. Since the windows weren't sized properly the installer used more wood to shim them in place, in several windows he used actual 2X4's this would give you an idea of how far off they were. This affected the inside casing, that didn't fit, it also meant our wood blinds didn't fit. After many weeks/months of complaining De Bella built new casing for us, however they wouldn't finish it (stain it), they also wouldn't fix the now exposed wall damage due to the sizing and poor work. In addition they have not agreed to replace our wood blinds with like. We should have been made whole at a minimum. Every one makes mistakes, that's not what we should judged on, we instead should be judged on how we respond to those mistakes.
