Our service contracts with singtel for mobile, internet etc expired and no notices was given. Price after contract blow up by 4 times. We called and questioned the matter but no reply. As price is totally unreasonable, we hold while waiting for reply. No reply but comes with termination without notice. We called Singtel only to get reply that pay first then talk. What is all this attitudes? All the businesses are disrupted and customers called us to find out what happen. Disgrace caused. We tried to called 1606 in 4 days time span. We were kept merry go round. We were made to sit in front of computer to wait for your customer officer to call us. Nothing happen till we call again and again. Each time, either out for lunch, off duty etc etc. But never problem never solved. We requested a technical officer and Manager to come over to resolve the matter and listen to our frustration and never happen. Don't your organisation feels you owe us an explanation? Or you feel the organisation is too big that losing a small deal like us is peanut? We shall again see how Singtel work
