hi i ordered this on line but not received the product plus you charged me for it through my bank i would like it sent back to my account and not receive the product fed up waiting for it you charged me the p andp plus also took money out of my account

Did not want the goods, and now the co. will not acknowledge me

I ordered the product for 5.95 and gave them my banking information and the next thing I know my bank account was charged 90.00. When i tried to call to dispute the charges the mail box to leave a message was conveniently full and the phone lines were busy. If you can help to recover my money Its much appreciated. they are looking for people to take advantage of and not say anything about them ripping people off.

I ordered free trial for small amount then got bill for over £60. Now i can not get in touch to cancel or claim money back!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....... IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I order just the trial kit for total, 5.95, instead was just price $89.95. I have not received nothing except them taking money out of my acct. I asked just for free kit,then had right 30 days to decide if I wanted it. Now I can't even notified them because they keep repeating mailbox full, try again later. Ridiculous!!! False Advertising......Scam job what ever you want to call it, if I don't hear from them soon I will turn it over to better business bureau.

I am trying to cancel my order, but they have no way to contact them

This company promised free trial with me paying the shipping...not so. The product arrived and the shipping costs were taken out of my bank as I agreed. One week later DS Marketing took $97.88 out of my account. I did not knowingly authorize this debit from my account and I am enraged at the audacity of this company. I don't care if the products work or not, I am furious that I was scammed.

I have the had the same issue, however i contacted them and they referred me to their terms and conditions. I have to admit, I did not go over them and their terms do clearly state the pricing. I asked the support rep to cancel the refill program and so they did. Overall happy with their products and I feel a little dumb for not reading their terms and conditions but i can't blame them.
