I return a deadsea beauty kit on 2012 03 30 from collingwood ontario there been no refund on my credit card the tracking no from canada post is 0103186000149157 Catherine Bagley

I just discovered what I thought was an unauthorized charge for $149.95 on my credit card. I just talked to my credit card company and was told how this scam works. I went to the company web site and filled out a "Cancellation of Auto Refill" form; that was emailed to them.

My credit card Rep. also advised Me to return their product by registered mail and to keep the tracking number. I can not find an address for this Company. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In reviewing this whole debacle; I am very angry and frustrated at how companies like this operate.

I also tried to cancel Deadsea beauty kit . No response from the company , when I phoned there wasn't anyway to even leave a message . Reply to my email was essentially , no you can't cancel . Ship it back to Israel ( the cost would be over $200.00 from Canada ) . Even though it was sent from Woodbridge Ontario .I contacted my credit card company , they said ship it back provide them with a tracking # . Again Deadseakit want it shipped to Israel only .Why it's not like the can reuse it ? Because it's cheaper for the customer to keep the kit at $149.95 .Finally I contacted the RCMP fraud investigation , that's when things changed . The RCMP told me to call the number on the back of the credit card , request a charge back and to let them know that the RCMP were involved . The police traced deadseakit bank to Iceland , they contacted them .I returned the product to where it was shipped from , not Israel ( $11). My credit card was refunded , including the initial shipping cost , (not the return shipping ) . Report them . It the only way to stop them IMO.
