I HAD A FALL IN YOUR STORE IN SANLAM CENTRE, - EDGAR'S ACTIVE ON SATURDAY 13TH OCTOBER 2018
ALL OUR SHOP ASSISTANCE AND MANAGER WERE PRESENT AND WITNESSED THE FALL AS DID MY HUSBAND
YOUR STORE HAD PALLETS LYING IN BETWEEN THE CLOTHES , THAT I TRIPPED AND FELL OVER .
THERE WAS NO ASSISTANCE OR CARING FROM ANY OF YOUR STAFF , NO SAFETY REP PRESENT .THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT AND IT WAS A JOKE , FULL OF EXCUSES WHY THE PALLETS WERE THERE !!!!!
THRU PREVIOUS SURGERY I HAVE PLATE IN MY NECK , BEFORE THE INCIDENT I WAS A HEALTHY PERSON - SINCE THIS INCIDENT I AM SUFFERING WITH HEADACHES AND LOTS OF NECK PAIN . MY RIGHT SIDE OF MY BODY IS SORE AND MY SHOULDER IS VERY SORE .
I HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER 18101500100/GO.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR HE DOCTORS APPOINTMENT S AND MEDICATION THAT I WILL NEED DUE TO THIS FALL
