We hired Debt Resolution Services in February to help clean up our credit. We paid $1,500.00 over a period of 3 months. Once we quit paying, Mr. Placek quit working. Anytime we needed to know what to do, we had to contact Mr. Placek. He rarely returned our phone calls. When we did speak to him, he was rude and would tell us he wasn't in the office or in a meeting and couldn't talk to us. We did everything Mr. Placek asked us. We got nothing in return. Our scores came up because our on time payments were more then our late payments. on July 28, 2017, I contacted Mr. Placek and told him we wanted our money back. He refused. ACCORDING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, HE IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH THEM. He was referred to us by a friend. Had we read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, we would not have hired him
