Cannot find them in central ohio

I am trying to find some additional 60 led Star-light icicle lights. I previously purchased them from Meijer. Can you tell me where I can get them. I need 4 boxes.

Lights not working

I purchased 2 boxes of the LED Clears lights after Christmas, today we went to hang them up around our Ice rink and plugged them in and they did not work. They worked fine when plugged in inside, we have changed the fuse and still nothing. How do I get ahold of the company for a refund? My box also states its a 3 year warranty, they are only a couple weeks old and just taken out of the box. Very frustrating, as now I can't buy any more lights!
