On November 24th, I received an email message from a "Chris Kerr" at deletereviews.com saying that a negative review about my company www.rumblersgear.com had been posted on your site. Funny, just hours after the FAKE review, I get this email. I read the review about my selling parts. #1, I do not sell parts. #2, I do not sell from rumblersgear.com. My cart was NOT active when this fake review was sent. They said all I had to do was pay them and viola, the review would be removed in 48 hours ( see attachment). I will NOT let www.rumblersgear.com be the subject of fraud and extortion. I have submitted a complaint to the FBI as well. My company is an honorable company and my customers know that. I will not be the subject of defamation. Remove my name from your site. Notice how all the sudden the name changed from "Chris Kerr", AND ACTUAL CONTACT IN MY EMAIL, to Jenny Ball. The woman couldn't even respond in proper English and neither could the review. Notice how when I asked if deletereviews.com was the one that posted the negative review, she got defensive and said she had the authority to remove the review but now won't.
