Delay in delivering

Dear team, My name is Angrej Singh. Now living at kalanwali district sirsa (125201). I had placed an order for Redmi Y1 mobile from mi.com on 18/05/2018. Mi order #5180519524720558 and order is shipped through delivery and tracking code is 354575476843. But my order is till not delivere. Please take an action and solve this problem. Please find the attachment.
