I am a top reseller in smartvoip since 2011, and i always make payments through bank transfer. Last month i purchase of 2,000 Euros, for which I received the credit in my account, but since then I am not able to generate vouchers (the error code shown is 802) neither am I able to transfer credit to any other voip account (the error shown is SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHILE TRANSFERRING THE CREDIT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE)

I have been posting tickets since last 15 days, but have heard nothing absolutely nothing from the company with whom I am working since last 4 years.

Also one of my reseller accounts in actionvoip, for which I am not able to login neither am I able to reset password through FORGOT PASSWORD link.
