To reach the help you have to login which is not working.
The is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
Will wait for a day and if it still down will contact my credit card service to cancel the payment and disable auto-recharge.

Voipbuster is a BIG FRAUD STAY AWAY. It keeps charging in an UNAUTHORIZED WAY MONEY to the account with have, WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS APPROVAL. The first time an UNAUTHORIZED RENEWAL happened, we have been told that we have to disable the "Automated Renewal", for which we have never been formally informed. It appeared suddenly in the dashboard, one day. So, we disabled it. BUT THEY ENABLED it again and CHARGED US AGAIN. When I tried to contact them in order to return us the money and remove the credits, I COULD NOT FIND THEM ANYWHERE. I tried ALL POSSIBLE MEANS (telephone,email, website Help), NOTHING. There are no proper Contact Details. Nothing. BE SMART and STAY AWAY.

I have filed today April 16, 2015 a criminal charge to voipbuster of fraud by the authorities in Luxemburg. As many clients did also in the past, I contacted the company by email (from which I have a Readnotify receipt) and by postal mail (registered)
Both stay unanswered. But are read by the receiver.
My credit in voipbuster € 10,00 account closed.
Open new account and paid € 10,00 again. After receiving money account closed again.
No refund or explanation.
I am Looking forward to the actions of the department of justice.

I have more than 200 free calling days but since my credit is down to .01 cent, the program blocks my free calls and tells me to recharge my account; I've been trying to find a contact from the company but there is not even an email address mentioned in the voipwise website.

What is this company??? I never have done business with these people and now they are taking money from my account. I'm getting screwed out of money and I'm very mad. Is there a way to get intouch with these people and get my money back?? Please someone help me!!!

dellmont sarl are robbers, they chron my credit card. please don't buy anything online with your credit card for this company are fraud people. they will copie your credit card and take your money, they fraud my 250 euros.

Yesterday i received an email from Betamax about my freedays being used up. I checked my account and saw a balance of 20EUR. Today i could not phone, checked my account again and saw that my balance was 2 cents. Within 2 hours about 50 phone calls were made, many of them simultanously to the same russian number.

I complained, but don't get the impression that they take the matter seriously at all. This is the second time that one of my Betamax accounts got hacked and they don't give a shit about it.

Beware, don't use any of the 12 or so Betamax products.
