Salary Loss claims

Hello my name is Fortunate Rabekane. My claim number is H10004333. Its been 4 years now since I claimed for my salary loss. Everytime I go to check I'm told the same story that my money has been calculated its only waiting for authorisation or to be awarded for 4 years now. The consultants has been writing the intructions and taking my numbers but nothing happens. So clearly Compensation fund is not working for me. I need help pls!
