A broken English speaking guy keeps calling me saying his name is Officer Robert Martin from the Department of Financial investigation. I never respond back instead I searched and found that officer Robert Martin is dead god bless him. I also found out that the phone number 1-347-827-3814 was a number that looks like its from china. He said that if my last four digits of my social matched his records that charges are being filed against me. I don't know what to do it looks and smells like scam to me. I request that these people be held accountable for imitating a prior police officer and for trying to scam individuals and last but not least harassment of people. thank you
