UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOT RECEIVED

Good day,

I applied for a unabridged birth certificate for my son on the 30/01/2018 but till today I haven't received it, it's been 13 weeks already and I don't know what's the holding up. I visited the department of home affairs Cape Town in Khayelitsha today the 09/05/18 where I applied for a certificate to check for its availability but none.

My son's ID no. is 030514 5799 089

I'll appreciate your prompt response at your earliest convenience.

ID Application

Hi,

I applied for an ID on 30 October 2017 and I still haven't received it.

They told me that it is being investigated yet to date I still haven't received communication.
