I have applied for maternity benefits im may and was told to come back on the 13 june, I went there and I was told they are still busy with my application and must come back again on the 13 july. on 13 july I called the department and they told me the same story.

please help me, I want to know whats causes the delay, if there is a problem with my application forms or something cause they are not telling whats the problem.
