i have submited my claim on 02 September 2014 for maternity benefits, up until today nothing has been done, i have called every day atleast 10 times a day, they never have an answer for me, they always refer me to a supervisor called Lucia but she is never available to answer my calls, no one takes messsages for her to call us back. this is uncaptable. can someone look into this matter. its 4 mnths later i'm back at work but no payment from department of labour
