I am logging this complaint in lieu of my maternity benefits claim
I originally submitted my application in March 2016. It was then rejected and without any notification from dept of labour. When i went to query this i was informed my claim was rejected and i corrected and reapplied again. I then got a date to return on 6 june and without sighning any documents i was told my claim is still in process and that i would receive an sms in 5 working days to say it was approved. I called this morning to query my claim and dispite thr incompetent assistance i had to call 8 timea before my call was answered. Liso the person who assisted me never called back nor did i gt response on my email. This service is pathetic and i want answers immediately. They must just pay my money!!!!!!
