I understand she submitted a proof that she is a life partner to the deceased, that is a false information, the woman divorced the deceased in 2006 and they have 3 children and the decaesed married me in 2009. we had one minor child of 9years whom she claim to be hers,

I've been coming here since Jan until now today 6times their saying one thing the system is off line every time there is no service and I need to get my UIF. My maternity started 16 Jan 2017 -16 May 2007 they don't want to work we come here early every time before 6oclck than they will arrive 8oclock assisting only people who are signing. Bad service please assist. Painful part is when the system is back they will assist a 1person for more than hour. Busy with up and down, busy chatting with their colleagues as if we are not important Randfontein service is bad.

I submitted my maternity UIF claim on the fist week of May, I was offered help by a lady she gave her numbers so I don't travel to and fro with a baby as it's quiet far from home.There was a bit of communication but lately I can't get hold of her. I'm frustrated and don't have money to go up and down only to be told that my papers were not received.Could someone please help??

I applied for my uif and labour department tells me they paid all my monies in full and I only received payment for only 2 months in a total sum of R3500 in estimation and I worked for my company for 7 years. Can I receive assistance please.
