I submitted all documents required to department of Labour in Roodepoort to apply for Uif maternity and still waiting to get the money ,I spoke to 5 different consultants withought getting help ,if it's not their system not scanning documents it's documents missing and the supervisor is not helpful or taking our complaints seriously ,it's like speaking to a brick hall . I waisted my time and money going there withought getting assistence .either they dont know what they are doing or they just don't want to assist at all .I don't know what to do anymore i need the money .I'm behind on my debts .please assist .thank you.
