Contact details is 0726239002, I applied my uif from march 2016, every time when I go to sign I am told to wait for 2 weeks,after 2 weeks I am told there was a problem with my company conforming of date of termination but it is fixed,I must wait for 2weeks . Again after two weeks is another problem,but it is solved 2 weeks again,is that the way the staff trained to say wait for 2 weeks? Actually what is happening with my uif, also this board you don't respond to our complaints. hi in January this year i applied for uif and submitted all the needed documents. i received an sms that my claim will be processed within 35days but up until today nothing has happened. i have been told i must come after 10days but still nothing, i am even running out money to go there and it seems like some of the staff there dont even care, they just happy to send you back and tell you come back some other time. They walk around and not attend to you, chat and rudely respond when you ask questions. office hours are from 7:30 but they only open at 8, make people wait for a very long time outside. this is really not acceptable, something must be done there and get people who actually want to give service to people and claims must be processed on time, PLEASE!!!!!!!! We need that money to survive, its been 4 months without income and looks like i might go to the fifth one. PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!

On the 24 I applied for my UIF at Orlando West branch in Soweto. They said I must come back on the 27th August and now I got an sms saying my claim was rejected after submitting all the relevant documents help me out I really need my money. Please respond on this email [email protected]
