I give up! we are just not winning! I sent a complaint that my husband received his last payment the 8th of December 2014, after my complaint the payment were done on the 12th of Feb. but no money in his account??? I have been calling and calling to find out what the problem is...but no luck supervisors always in meetings and the person that answers cannot help??? so what is the use of giving us a no. to call if no one can help???
I have never felt so helpless as now! we need our money but no one can or want to help!

MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR HIS PAYMENT SINCE THE 8TH OF DECEMBER HE DONE A CONTINUATION ON THE 7TH OF JANUARY IT WAS SENT TO THE PAYMASTER ON THE 8TH BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPEND SINCE THEN.

WE PHONE AND PHONE BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPEND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS MY HUSBAND HAS CONTRIBUTED TOWARDS HIS UIF ALL HIS LIVE WITHOUT FAILING TO PAY ONE MONTH HE NEEDS HIS MONEY AS HE CANNOT FIND A JOB BECAUSE OF HIS AGE.

I have been on maternity leave since August 2014. All my forms have been submitted online via ufiling but i have not received any money. I am going back to work soon and dont know who to speak to anymore. Contacting UIF call centre is a total waste of time and money. I have spent hundreds of rands on my telephone bill contacting the call centre almost every week to find out what is happening with my claim to no avail.
I am really frustrated by the lack of helpfulness I have experienced from the consultants at the department. I really cannot believe that I have to wait so long to receive my OWN money!!!!!!!!! A very painful process!!!!!
