I am working for a Manaing Agent company, Realty Assist.

We have been given the mandate to complete all ufiling submission, payroll, Covid19 Ters claim, pension etc from a company, Pan African Freedom.

We are registered as a Labour Practitioner on Ufiling.

I have requested Ufiling, numerous times to open the ufiling in order for us to submit. The dont even bother to reply on my mails. I have visited the UIF offices in Nigel also with no satisfaction. Just to be told to phone UIF offices!

This is unacceptable, UIF office are very quick to charge interest and penalties and blame anyone for not submitting but we do want to submit but are unable to!
