Submitted my claim for UIF on 2020-06-05

I was retrenched. I am eligible to claim this money without any problems.

Seriously now. I waited and followed up for 1 year...only for status to reflect not approved / refused.
Where does the money go that we as working people HAVE to pay to "have" a surety of some income if some unforeseen circumstances occur and we loose our jobs for financial backup / carry ? Clearly it does not go to the right person because you don't pay out when we rightfully claim
