MATERNITY BENEFIT
I have applied for maternity benefit in December 2021. ALL document were submitted. I received a email confirming receipt.
It is now almost end of June 2022 and I've been calling, sent numerous emails to numerous email addresses (Even to Deon van Niekerk - Senior Admin Officer), but no one helps me.

Non-payment of claim
I have in out of the Vereenging branch of UIF DOL for unemployment claim since 2014 and no payment was made. They initially mentioned that Ithey did not receive my contributions from The University of Pretoria, an employer I had never worked for. Everything went dead quiet after I proved to them that I never worked UP but for Sasol for over 18 years. When I returned back after a few months I was told that the payment was returned back as I did not claim. They filed another claim to get back the money and have been going in and out of the office every week and keep on been told to come back but to no conclusion of the issue.

poor performance and comunication is pathetic
Good day
Can u please assist us on this matter, why do the department of labour taking so long to make any progres at all according to the paper work on the network it is between 2-4 days to receive uif money we are currently awaiting 10 days and still nothing has been paid into my accout, I'm in dire straight and need the money

Cancelled payment
I have submitted all documents required to claim uif 03.07.2015 and i received one payment only ever since.
After signing for the second time payment master cancelled my payment, i enquire with the branch and i was told that my credits dropped after receiving only one payment.
I have contributed uif since september 2004 until june 2015. Someone is not doing their jobs and we suffer because of those people . I submitted my documents again and i was told that my documents are not allocated yet.
No one can give an answer as to who to enquire with and how. The lady that assisted me advise that just need to go uif department to keep on checking . No turnaround time. No dates given . This is unacceptable and very unprofessional .when i call no one picks up the phone.
No one takes any responsibility at all and cares.
Please assist or adress this issues with the relevant department.

waited for 12 days
I applied for my uif on the 16th of March n I was given a signing date for 16th April 2015,I went and signed and I was told it will be paid within 7days.7days past and I went to check on the 26 n they told me it is done and it will be in my account on Monday 27th.unfortunately today is Tuesday and I'm still waiting for my uif benefit.as I'm unemployed that is my only income.
