May i please be assisted with case 30004827176 as i went to Alberton office and submitted more than 3 times yet the documents are not scanned and i sent emails, fax still no response and way more than 35 working days long should 1 wait in order to get a service

Metarnity benefit

Can I please get assistance with UIF claim case number : 10004468971. I have been trying get assistance from UIF for the past 2 months with no luck. I do not even get an sms stating they have received my application. I have run out of resources trying to follow procedure . I started my processs beginning of June , I have faxed to 012 337 1595 and 0860 304735 have emailed to Johannes Molapo ( no response ) and Jane Mashabela ( confirmed receipt of my email - Thank you ) VOsupport and [email protected] .Have gone into Dept of Labour Brakpan in 3 different occasions ( 1. got there at 11:40 and at 16:00 I was told the are closed with out any assistance 2. They are having issues with their plugs and they systems not working 3. No inquiries to attend to people everyone waits in the same quee only to be told you are missing a specific form. I then decided to try a different branch ( Boksburg ) , where they at least where able to scan through my documents on the 27th July. However to this day I have not received an sms or email stating whether my application is in process or what. I called on the 2, 05,08,10 ,12 and the call centre team members all say the same thing my application has not been appointed an assessor they will escalate, to this day I have not received any feedback on my application.

It is truly disappointing that one has to go through such bad service just to get assistance. It is evident that whether you do UFilling or go directly to the department you still will not get joy . At this stage I would really appreciate it if I can just get some sort of feedback that someone is working on my claim.
