I claimed UIF for the month of August, that was my unpaid maternity leave, I have been waiting for 2 months know, first is was declined by the assessor , I then did send in an appeal, they sorted it out and I got one days payment I then send in my continuous of benefits, 5 days pasted then it was cancelled by the paymaster. This is unacceptable, people have stuff to pay and to do, then you can't even expect everything to go smoothly. Call centre is up to nothing!!! Why can't they send an email or call a person!!!!!!
