Could you please assist me in this matter, I'm battling to get help and feedback of where off my UIF forms is, I've phoned them numerous times to find out when or if my uif has been approved or not its over a month now and nobody is responding on that, and to get through to the uif offices is very difficult, they take a long time if they do awnser phone calls to speak to them regarding my uif claim, and also the call centre/ help desk they do not call or email back they do noty answer any phone calls just playing music!!!!!
