I had a old case civil turned malpractice suite, due to my lawyers fraud, as when it was a civil case it was settled without my permission. my case then became a malpractice one which then it was reported to the bar of Georgia, as well, but due to being under the doctors an on medication . I encountered the new attorney that treated my case as it was proven to be a malpractice one . he choose to bully me into a forced settlement an then refused me my file after a year. as it was then requested once again.
as it was incomplete so I have spent many years to find answers to my case as it left me in serious hardship . short to give a example of what I endured ,during the malpractice I was threaten an still today, I encountered arson , 3 burglaries a home invasion that left me shot with a 9 mm in my left femur ,which shattered the bone an now live with a rod within non removable. this shooting happen shorty after. I was bullied into from the lawyer , an many threats of the arson ect. so I would like answers to the insurance companies name as to the forced settlement also the amount .as this has been a issues so serious I still endure harassment, to keep quiet about this matter . it was held in dekalb county ga. old case number.07-A-66839-7 this has lead to stolen properties bankruptcy foreclose on my home an much more than any person would wish apond anyone . not to get into all of what I encountered but as I feel there hasn't been any justice to this matter I have complained for the past 5 or 6 years seeking help an answers . an all I get is closed doors. or stalls .also to add 17 lawyers where involded in this matter an still . justices is prayed for an hoped for.

I keep getting phone calls from a blocked number, or an all zero number or a crazy number like 099. They said they are from the FBI/Dept of Law & Investgiation of Florida. The number they gave me was 303-578-5556. The 1st man i spoke with claimed to be officer mark williams( with an indian accent) with the FBI / The department of law and investigation and the second gentleman claimed to be Officer Anderson also with the FBI. they had all my information, address, full name, social security number and so on. They say thier are complaints of fraud against my social security number and for me to pay 504.00 today via credit card to have these charges dropped or I will be arrested by 5 today and could serve up to 15 years for fraud. I told them to provide me some paperwork, even a fax or an email and he refused, got angry and said I was being difficult so he would just continue with the case and have me charged. Im not stupid and told them to bring it on. These calls have been going on for over a year now and come in bunches of 5 or 6 over a two week span then stop for a month or two. Someone out there has my information and could use it for anything . These people are not real. They are foriegn, and trying to steal peoples idenities and banking information! Punch in the phone number on google and youll find hundreds of other complaints... Just because someone says officer or fbi or even that you owe them money...Be AWARE!!

Hey all I am getting the same calls as you are. I was called over and over, with a 000 number with a man with an Indian voice and the number i am getting is 4016487325. the man says there are supposedly charges being or have been filed in my home state and county. the last message i have got was he was going to contact my employer, well lucky him I don't have one, but what can someone do to stop this. I see it as harassment and such. PLEASE be aware i get called alot and I am about to call my local police department and see about harassment charges.
