There was $3.99 removed from my Direct Express Card from the Department of Motor Vehicles bogus website I was trying to renew my license they said it was $29.99 but they only got $3.99 off of my Direct Express Card. Then I was charged 2 times from ancestry.com for a free trial offer I don't remember what they charge me the second time I called Direct Express and spoke with the representative and she connected me to the fraud department to have the money put back on my card and a recording came on saying they were unable to take my call because of heavy call volume to call later I called Direct Express back they said there was no number that they could give me all they could do was connect me I've been doing this for 4 days and I get the same recording all the time that they cannot connect me and then they hang up how do I get the money put back on my Direct Express Card
