My name is Sumaya Sinclair and i became unemployed in june 2014. i immediately applied for benefits using ufiling and is disgusted with the service. i must phone for feedback every time only to be told they are still waiting on a salary schedule from my employer. my employer sent through the required documents 7 times and finallly in november i was told that i will receive payment in december. 8 december on my birthday i checked the status again only to see the paymaster rejected my claim because they are still waiting on the salary schedule. please help
