short time

Hi
I have a problem owe me 2 weeks leave for last year (2018) so last year he said we will our leave if there less job from january but that not happening .
He sent us on short time without 24 hour notice. If I go to MISA they say since I registered my boss or MIBCO didin't submite my money threw to them . And not submit Provident Fund to MIBCO
So now am on shirt time becuase it his company and he rules it .
Can I please get help in this case am stuck .
