Fruad, Heaven Estate

I booked from HEAVEN ESTATE in DHA 10Marla , 1 canal & 1canal plots. total paid 1crore 3 lacks for 1 canal 40lacks and 10 marla is 23 lacks, on instalement. after 5 years mohammed masood, has done fruad & stole all money & files, nothing has been given back to me.. he work for DHA (authorised) and DHA has legal annoucement in newspapers to coordinate with him for purchases...
kindly help in this matter for cash recovery or DHA plots - Gujranwala - Pakistan
