On 2/4/2018, I had my 528I BMW towed to 821 N. Stanislaus Street, in Stockton, California. Brian the owner of California Auto Tech said the repair cost would be $6,300 for an engine. I agreed to the repairs so he did the repair. I picked the car up months later because I had to save the money. I picked the car up on 6/29/18 and paid $6,300. on 7/13/18 my computer in the car stated I needed engine coolant, so I bought some. I attempted to open the hood and it wouldn't open. I called Brian and he said to bring it in. On 7/17/18 I took my car in @ 9am; later that day I picked it up @ approximately 2:15pm. His employee said he didn't have the tools to repair it and he's not liable ( and laughed). He said, "you paid us already so we ain't doing shit." He said take it to a body shop. I took it to two body shops and they stated the hood was put on the hood incorrectly. That being said California Auto Tech were unethical in their business practices.
