We attended at presentation and said "No" after considerably looking at the offer. We were offered a sampler package to lock in the rates. We accepted and left and upon reviewing the paperwork provided we did not receive copies of the offers. We contacted Brandon and requested copies of the offers. A week later no paperwork. Went down personally to the resort and made a written request. It has been another three days and nothing. Not even a courtesy phone call. Nothing but silence. I plan to go there again and walk into their presentation room and make a stink if I can. This is an unacceptable way to perform business. Fortunately this is only a sampler, but this treatment is in violation of our contract and I intend to file a complaint with everyone possible.Belive that the Real Eastate board would be interested in these. Please start complaining to as many people as you can because the more we band together the more we are heard.
