I purchased a "Stay Vacationed" promo from Diamond Resorts where we are in Las Vegas Circus Circus hotel.
The promo is for a 4 days 3 nights on there selected locations for the price of $149.
As far as I remember the lady that sold me the promo told me that promo is valid for 18 months and that I can cancel it if ever i changed my mind. Because my wife and I were not certain if we will have another vacation again in the US in the future. Since in my understanding I cancel the purchase and get a refund, I signed and gave them my credit card details.

A week after, my wife decided to cancel the promotion deal that we purchase in Las Vegas. So I gave them a call and explained to me that It was a Final Sale and No refunds. Even though I explained to them what the sales lady mentioned to me at the time i made the purchase. it was not clear to me that there are no cancellations and no refunds policy. And we have to attend the 120 minutes sales presentation of their membership for me to avail the promo other wise they will charge me the regular price of the hotel.

Yes, those are indicated on the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" booklet that they handed me. But they gave me the booklet after the purchase of the deals.

They got me fooled on signing and paying for the promotion deals. For me it is not right.
Their Advertisement is wrong and misleading.
Hope someone could point me on where I can file a complain against them.
