hi i called your accounts department two weeks ago i always get put on hold and never receive my monthly forecast and must always call this is an inconvenience,however the main problem i have is that i have to constantly send emails regarding my statement as there is a payment not reflecting which was made in October 2017 now you guys charge me interest for nothing. i have send several complaints to caroline in your Johannesburg branch with no return or anything.this is really pathetic as i need to run my business now calling you guys.
