I am so late to the game! I signed up to the Unlimited68 plan way back in 2010. At the time, it was probably the most suitable plan for me. Service was good, I was happy being with Digi and stuck to Digi ever since. I have been asked to switch to better plans (free calls, etc) but I didn't bother because I don't like the hassle of change.

Some time ago, I received SMS from Digi notifying me that I've almost used up my internet quota, to top up, etc. I was surprised and I did mention it in passing to Cust Service when I was on the phone to them about something else. That mention wasn't addressed specifically and I thought that it was a system error that I was sent that message, because I was supposed to be on Unlimited68.

Today, I decided to checkout the new MyDigi site and noticed that my plan is described as "Unlimited68 - obsolete". I checked my usage info and saw that there's a 6GB limit assigned to my account. I looked at other plans which may be comparable and saw that JomStart58 gets 10GB internet and free calls. I feel so cheated (and silly for not having been more wary of the details). I was never informed of the switch, like all of you here.

I'm so disappointed with Digi. Thank you to everyone here for sharing your experience.

Come on Digi. This is bullshit. How could you change my plan from Unlimited Internet to 3G? You did not even notify me. Had you notified me, I would have change back to Maxis.

Only reason I changed telco from Maxis to Digi was because of Unlimited Internet for rm68.

Digi..do the right thing.
