You give him the 14 digit card number and your prize will be delivered to you.

I phoned him back (1-925-891-5491, and also 1-702-722-9166- and told him he was a FAKE. I then told him I called my FBI friend and have turned his number over to him for investigation. This man quickly hung up..
I thankfully called the New York Lottery number, in which the One Broadway Center title was on the paperwork. I spoke to a lady with the lottery and she stated there is a scam going around like this.
They had a bank of amercia Check with Selma Ward's signature on check from San Antonio, TX.- all legitamate looking info
